ECTA, “European Communities Trade Mark Association” represents the totality of the people in the European Union who are acting professionally in the field of trade marks, designs and models, and the rights they give rise to.
On the one hand, ECTA represents the profession and defends the interests of the holders of rights within the various European institutions and, on the other, supports the education and training of its members in the intellectual property world, and in particular in the specific areas mentioned above.
